Since I moved to Tunisia, I became enamored with rose water. I started adding it to my coffee, desserts, confections, and now I am happy to use it to create this delicious Rosa Cake.
This rose flavored cake is made with the perfect amount of rose water, to have a delicate floral flavor that is simply divine. It tastes like rose bushes blooming in the spring. It is filled with sweet tangy raspberry filling. It's paired with a rose French buttercream, and is fittingly decorated with ruby chocolate ganache.
